These guys are the absolute best. I needed some not easy to find parts and they recognized them right away and got me exactly what I needed. On more than a few occasions they have helped me out of a jam, and given me the parts and advice to finish the job.

The two guys here saved me a ton of work by diagnosing my problem and recommending a simple and free solution. Much appreciated and will definitely be returning for future home diy projects. Fellow with a brown beard and his shaven colleague :) Highly recommended

Very helpful when I called. They found the tool quickly and had it ready when I drove over. (a special garbage disposal unjamming wrench).

Called this morning regarding a part I needed. Drove 20 miles to pick it up only to be told it’s been back ordered 3 months. Employee with beard then just walked away. Major customer service disconnect with phone rep and what they actually have. Pretty much will cross off my list, they are expensive anyway.

These folks are great! I came in yesterday with a shower valve that is not common at all (it has threaded handles), and they helped find a valve that looked like it could be a replacement. I was blown away listening to them talk about the nuance of valves and manufacturers with various styles. Really felt like these folks know and appreciate plumping. This will be my first stop for plumbing from now on. Great service, great people with lots of knowledge, reasonable prices - what more can a customer ask for? Update: discovered my shower had 1930s valve cartridges. I brought in my cartridges and they dug through catalogs until they found someone who makes a replacement. It took a couple months for these special parts to come in, but once installed they worked flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about these people. I worked primarily with Nick for the parts and Max for pickup - they both did solid by me!

Responded evening, came and fixed fridge shutoff valve 8 next morning! Reliable, professional, courteous. Pedro and Edwin were amazing! Could not be happier. Will certainly call Gopher whenever I need help included in their services!!

Found out I had to redo shower flange from a professional plumber. Max was very helpful to me understanding what’s needed and how to do it. Max is a great listener and understood what I was trying to say even though it didn’t come out of my mouth clearly. I highly recommend consulting with Max about your plumbing questions. Thanks Max!
